The crew was prompt, worked quickly and were very understanding of my need for them to restore my toilet in my only bathroom (which they were renovating) so that I could stay on the weekends. They also were very careful to cover my floors so that they would not be damaged while they were working. All in all a great experience and can't wait to plan my next project!

Very positive experience with Big Dog from the very beginning...Telly, Joe & Michelle are a great team & were very responsive to our needs...they remodeled our entire first floor except the kitchen (which we plan to have them do at a later date) and they did an excellent job!! ... I have to give a special shoutout to the lead guy, Ryan! He was punctual, professional & gave great attention to detail and his craft...just made the entire experience seamless & stress-free for us.. He also did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom and the finished product truly exceeded my expectations...I can't wait to have them redo our kitchen!!
